Refund Policy
Our policy regarding refunds and returns
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund may be issued.
2. Procedure Deposits
Deposits paid for scheduled surgeries or procedures are refundable if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to a small administrative fee.
3. Medicine Returns
Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of medicines once they have left the pharmacy premises, unless the product is defective or expired upon purchase.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
